1. Description of Services
We offer support and advice in the area of the Packaging Act (VerpackG), LUCID registration, dual systems, and EPR requirements.
Our services do not constitute legal or tax advice.
2. Customer’s duty to cooperate
The customer is obliged to provide all required information correctly and completely.
The provider assumes no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete information.
4. No Guarantee
We do not provide any guarantee for official decisions, reviews, or actions by platforms (e.g., Amazon).
3. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In the case of simple negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and limited to foreseeable damage.
Liability for lost profit, indirect damages, or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
5. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy.
